We sell professional bingo balls (ranges 1-75 and 1-90, various faces/prints and colors) and roulette accessories . Descriptions, images, and specifications are intended to be accurate; however, minor differences may occur without affecting functionality.

Orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an extended delivery time , an alternative product , or a full refund .

5. Prices, taxes and currency

Prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be detailed before order confirmation. Offers and coupons are valid under the conditions and timeframes indicated.

8. Billing

9. Shipments

Origin : Madrid (Spain).
 Indicative deadlines :

  • Mainland Spain: 24-48 hours ; Balearic Islands: 72 hours ; Canary Islands: 5-7 days .

  • European Union: 3-5 working days (excluding Customs).
     Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We deliver on business days. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

International shipments : taxes/customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer according to the regulations of the destination country.

10. Impossibility of delivery

If it is not possible to deliver the order due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence), the transport may be rescheduled, applying, where appropriate, additional costs.

11. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
